In brief: I mean, the title is fairly self-explanatory – it summarises the law applying to affidavits. That’s pretty much it.
I’m not going to say anything about this – it’s a textbook about the law of affidavits.
If you want to know more a) don’t be a self-rep, just don’t and b) just ask a lawyer (who probably won’t know either cause this is what precedents are for).
To be fair, it’s well written, easy to get through and quite easy to follow when putting these things into practice.
